CTC Governance Update
On behalf of CTC Trustees I am writing to inform you that we have proposed that The Care Training Consortium (CTC) changes from a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) to a Community Interest Company (CIC). A CIC is a limited company, with special additional features, created for the use of people who want to conduct a business or other activity for community benefit.
The new name will be Care Training and Consultancy CIC (SC711304). It is anticipated that this change will take place by the end of November 2021. The new organisation will be forward with the same high quality training team, and this will have no impact on the day to day service offered.
