Course Format

The REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene course will be delivered in an interactive face-to-face classroom environment. This session will include a combination of theoretical presentations, practical demonstrations, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities. Experienced instructors will guide participants, allowing ample opportunities to practice skills in a safe learning environment.

Assessment Methods & Certification

Participants will undergo a multichoice paper at the end of the session to validate their learning from the course. Successful completion of the course will result in certification by REHIS and is best practice to renew every 3 years.
