Course Format

The Annual First Aid Refresher course will be delivered in an interactive face-to-face classroom environment. This session will include a combination of theoretical presentations, practical demonstrations, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities. Experienced instructors will guide participants, allowing ample opportunities to practice skills in a safe learning environment.

Assessment Methods & Certification

Participants will undergo continuous assessment during the course, which includes practical demonstrations and knowledge-based evaluations. Successful completion of the assessments will result in certification. This course is certificated by NUCO Training. Please note the requalification date remains 3 years from the date of the original full day emergency first aid at work course.

Length: The course duration is approximately 3 hours, which includes a break.

Prerequisites: Participants must have an up-to-date full day emergency first aid certificate or higher.

Required Materials: Participants are required to wear appropriate footwear and clothing during the practical sessions.
