This training comprises of understanding Mental Health, Mental Health Crisis Intervention, supportive listening and communication, providing initial help, self-care and well-being and empowers individuals to respond actively to mental health crises.
The Meaningful Activities course will be delivered in an interactive face-to-face classroom environment. This session will include a combination of theoretical presentations, practical demonstrations, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities. Experienced instructors will guide participants, allowing ample opportunities to practice skills in a safe learning environment.
Length: The course duration is approximately 7 hours, which includes a break.
Prerequisites: No prerequisites are required for participants to enrol in this course.
