Course Format
The Emergency First Aid at Work course will be delivered in an interactive face-to-face classroom environment. This session will include a combination of theoretical presentations, practical demonstrations, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities. Experienced instructors will guide participants, allowing ample opportunities to practice skills in a safe learning environment.
Assessment Methods & Certification
Participants will undergo continuous assessment during the course, which includes practical demonstrations and knowledge-based evaluations. Successful completion of the assessments will result in certification. An SCQF Level 6 certificate is issued by NUCO Training and is valid for 3 years, participants can renew it through further training or recertification. It is best practice to attend an Annual First Aid Refresher each year in between.

Length: The course duration is approximately 7 hours, which includes breaks and a lunch period.
Prerequisites: No prerequisites are required for participants to enrol in this course.
Required Materials: Participants are required to wear appropriate footwear and clothing during the practical sessions.
