At CTC we are constantly striving to ensure we have a healthy working environment.We are presently trialling a four-day working week.This is something we have been looking at for some time and believe that it will have great benefit to the team and as a result improve services for our customers. https://www.4dayweek.co.uk/

We hope to ensure a better work life balance whilst maintaining the high quality of service that we are known for and proud of.

We anticipate minimal impact on service to our customers, as the business trials a 4 day week with a focus on efficiency.

Our new working week office hours for this trial will be Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm.Where need arises, we will be open on a Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.
