As you may be aware we restarted our training schedule this month and although the weather was warm and the training room got a little too warm for our liking it didn't stop our trainees having a great experience.

Within a couple of weeks of commencing his award Steven completed his first unit in Administration of Medication. Work produced has attention to detail and when meeting performance clearly evidences his knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, guidelines, person centered practice as well as excellent standard of practice. Steven is very motivated and focused, and his work indicateshis professional relationship with the people he supports and how he strives to meet specific needs and preferences of them. This is only the start and I have high expectations of Steven whilst achieving his award.
