CTC | February | Candidate of the Month
Jess is undertaking her level 2 SVQ social services and healthcare. She was unsure at times as to whether she would be able to complete this qualification as she felt her written work would not be very good.
She has worked hard, always completed work by deadlines set and attended meetings, Due to her hard work she has recently completed her SVQ within time set, this is now awaiting to be checked by internal verifier.
Jess has shown very good practice and her interaction with and care and support of residents was excellent. She gained in confidence with her written work which has resulted in successful completion of her qualification, well done Jess.
