CTC | October 2020 Candidate of the Month
Congratulation to Louisa for being nominated our October candidate of the month!
Louisa is undertaking level 3 SVQ. She has only been doing this a few months, however, she has always met her deadlines and her work is of an excellent standard.
When discussing observation and the need to do this remotely, this was no problem for her, and she quickly arranged for her supervisor to record her on one of her visits to a service user. Which was then emailed to me to assess. Louisa is an excellent carer whose work is of an excellent standard, reflecting her good practice and knowledge understanding on how to provide best standard of care to the individuals she supports.
Congratulations to Louisa on being nominated as candidate of the month and we look forward to seeing her future progression – CTC.
