Palliative Care
This training will provide healthcare workers with the knowledge and skills required to improve the quality of life for patients with serious, chronic, or life-threatening illnesses, understand the principles and goals of palliative care, provide emotional and psychological support, co-ordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and how to respect and integrate cultural values and preferences into care plans.
Course Format
The Palliative Care course will be delivered in an interactive face-to-face classroom environment. This session will include a combination of theoretical presentations, practical demonstrations, group discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities.
